Davis Farmland is a seven-generation, working family farm, continuously in operation since 1846 in Sterling, MA. Starting in 1996, Davis Farmland has provided opportunities for discovery and play to families with children 12 years old and younger. It has a Waterspray Park; Imagine-Acres; Adventureland; interactions with farm animals; and a “Mega Maze” in the fall. It is also home to the largest sanctuary of endangered farm animals in North America. Special events include hands-on reptile shows. Hours change with the season. Shop with food and souvenirs on the premises.

Southwick’s Zoo is a seasonal, family-operated, 200-acre zoological park. It is home to 850 animals from around the world shown in naturalistic settings and in the zoo’s EARTH Discovery Center. It features a number of interactive exhibits; pony, camel and kiddie rides; a petting zoo; the Elkhorn Mining Co. (pan for gold, gems, and fossils); the Woodlands Express train; and the Skyfari Skyride. A gift shop and restaurant are on the premises.

The Southwick's Zoo is open from April 13th through October 31st.

Tickets are provided by Friends of Boyden Library.

Tickets can be purchased anytime at $20.00 (cash, check, PayPal, or Venmo).

Note: tickets are for admission only; most rides cost extra.

Tickets expire 10/31/24. The tickets purchased at the Boyden Library must be turned in at the Southwick's Zoo ticket window for admission. 

A limit of 4 per patron.

This a significant saving off regular ticket prices that currently range from $27 - $37, children to adult, between online and in-person purchase. Senior Savers Wednesday rate is $20.

Admission is free for children ages 2 years and under.

Zoo New England operates Franklin Park Zoo, a 72-acre site nestled in Boston’s historic Franklin Park, and the Stone Zoo, located on a 26-acre site near Spot Pond reservoir in Stoneham, MA.
