“Life In A Word” Workshop with Ronni Hochman (Virtual)

Wednesday, February 126:30—7:30 PMZoom

These are exceptional times we’re living in. We face new challenges almost every day. How we manage those challenges makes a difference in how we live our lives. Join Ronni Hochman, Certified Mental Fitness, Health and Life Coach as she leads this virtual workshop on the topic of "Reframing."

Are you a glass-half-full person or a glass-half-empty person? We’re all looking at the same glass, right? But it’s what you see and feel that makes a difference. That’s reframing in a nutshell and it can be the difference between living a calm vs. a stressful life. Which do you prefer?

Ronni will start by explaining what reframing is and how to make it a natural way of life. Then she will open it up for the group to share their thoughts and experiences. The results - a new way of managing life's many challenges, with less fear and more confidence.
