Free One-on-One Digital Help is a beginner-friendly pilot program for anyone who needs support with everyday technology needs. Participants can schedule a 30-minute appointment and bring their own phone, tablet, or laptop. Each appointment focuses on one main issue so the session remains practical, clear, and useful. The program can support common digital literacy needs such as email help, smartphone help, online forms, job applications, telehealth access, internet safety, basic computer skills, and beginner-friendly AI literacy for patrons who are interested.

Privacy and Safety Note:
One main technology issue per appointment.  This program is educational and navigation-based only. Participants will not be asked to share passwords, banking information, medical records, Social Security numbers, legal information, or other sensitive personal details. The goal is to guide participants step by step so they feel more confident using technology independently.
