Join us to screen short film submissions from all over the world at the Foxboro Short Film Screening.

History:
The Foxboro Short Film Festival is a brain child of two-time Emmy nominee, Jaden Onwuakor, 13.

Jaden is a co-host of NESN Clubhouse, appeared in many commercials, movies, TV, including Don’t Look up acted with Oscar Winning Sir. Mark Rylance, Written, Directed by Oscar Winning Adam McKay, with A list stars, worked with Hally Bailey, Liam Nesson, Zendaya for her 2024 movie Challengers as her brother.

He has modeled for big brands including Hasbro, Converse, Cannon, and many more since the age of three.

Jaden is a proud member of Ahern Middle School NJHS (National Junior Honor Society) member.

He was suggested to direct/write his own movie for the Boston 48 hr. film project by her mother Juri Love who had participated in the competition for 5 years, then instead of creating one, he decided to create an opportunity for other filmmakers to showcase their talent.

Jaden dreams to be a member of the Coast Guard in the future and prior to his college, he wants to make this Film Festival as an annual event in Foxboro, MA and wants to inherit his legacy as a founder of Foxboro Short Film Festival to next generations and young leaders to come.

Mission of the Foxboro Short Film Festival:
To create an opportunity for filmmakers for both youths and adults and to showcase their short films under 10 minutes and celebrate their films at our award ceremony in Foxboro, MA. 
We hope to create not only screening and award ceremony opportunities but also to network and support filmmakers of multigenerational.
