Sculpted from the coasts of New England, Hollow Turtle is a bluegrass, folk, americana quartet based out of Warren RI. Band Members include Alfie Purcell (Guitar), James Cappelletti (Banjo), Joseph Cappelletti (Bass) and Nick Preite (Mandolin). Starting in 2012 with the goal of bringing traditional Bluegrass to the Rhode Island area, the band has since evolved into a group that pulls influence from the traditional styles, while incorporating a unique spin of their own.
